Dr. Moore's Training & Experience

He also has used it personally to improve Knee pain caused by Arthritis.
PRP: Platelet-Rich Plasma
Platelet-rich plasma is a concentrate of platelet-rich plasma protein derived from "your personal whole blood" and centrifuged to remove the red blood cells. It has a greater concentration of growth factors than whole blood, and has been used to encourage a healing response across several specialties, in particular dentistry, gynecology, orthopedics and dermatology.
Our practice uses an FDA approved procedure to draw and process your blood, separating your PRP from PPP, Platelet Poor Plasma, which is then used to treat several conditions.
The Eclipse MicroPen® is an advanced medical-grade stainless steel automated device. It is used for treating various dermatologic indications& can be used on the face, neck, décolleté, arms, hands, legs, abdomen and back.

Treatment of Lichen Sclerosus
Using your own PRP to inject into the areas affected by Lichen Sclerosus has been shown to address this painful condition, which currently has no other treatment options. Typical treatment is an initial treatment followed in 6 weeks by a second treatment.
Your PRP is prepared using methods used in the O-Shot® procedure.
This method has proven to be helpful: Dermatopathologist (looking at before and after biopsies of women suffering from Lichen Sclerosus and treated in this way) determined that most of the women showed improvement (less inflammation on biopsy). The women also reported a statistically significant improvement in symptoms!
Don’t lose hope in restoring your hair. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) stimulates new hair growth while slowing or even stopping hair loss. Proven in many areas of medicine, PRP is an excellent way to stave off the need for more aggressive hair loss solutions.
Hair loss is a big problem for many men and women. There is now evidence that microneedling with PRP of balding areas can stimulate hair regrowth. This is an easy and repeatable treatment for hair loss. Hair loss is due to the loss of hair follicles in the scalp. The remaining hair follicles are still present and able to grow new hair. PRP is rich with your natural growth factors and other proteins that can stimulate hair growth and repair of cell damage.
It is recommended to receive a series of PRP treatments in order to achieve
Painful Episiotomy Scars
Episiotomy and prior surgical sites often have chronic scars and irritation that can be alleviated with PRP placed at the base of the vaginal opening, where many women experience skin splitting pain with sex.
