Flu Ages 19 -65 + annually
TDAP (Whooping Cough) During pregnancy or Ages 19 -65 + with a Booster
every 10 years.
HPV (prevent Cervical Cancer) Ages 12-26 Series of 3 injections
Chickenpox Ages 19 - 65 +
Shingles Ages 60 + regardless if you have had Shingles in the past
Pneumonia Age 60 +

Sexually transmitted infections (STIs), including Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Condyloma (genital warts)and Genital Herpes.
HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis
CONCERNS ABOUT SEX
Discuss any concerns you may have. For example: pain during sex, vaginal dryness or hormonal changes that change interest or your responsiveness to sex.
ISSUES WITH YOUR MENSTRAUL CYCLE
Discuss premenstrual syndrome (PMS), painful periods, your first period, heavy bleeding, post menopausal bleeding or irregular periods.
PRECONCEPTION COUNSELING
If you are planning to become pregnant, it is a good idea to schedule an appointment. We will ask about your diet and lifestyle, your medical and family history, medications you take, and any past pregnancies. Starting Prenatal Vitamins along with Folic Acid prior to conception is encouraged.
